At the moment Russian State Automotive Policy Program till 2020 is aimed at maximization of added value at all stages of vehicle construction and provision of required customer choice and product quality.

The City hosts several foreign assembly production plants, such as General Motors, Hyundai, Nissan, Toyota and Ford, which make St.Petersburg one of the largest centers of automotive industry. These enterprises also bring to St. Petersburg automotive components plants, such as “Magna” concern and etc.

  St. Petersburg is the center of the North-West Federal District with more than 2.5 million passenger cars not including trucks and buses. The City offers a gigantic market of automotive goods and technical servi ce.

“Automechanika. St. Petersburg” is aimed to demonstrate at the market the latest goods and services, to  provide new business contacts in the field of automotive components and spare parts manufacturing and supply and to offer new equipment for automotive enterprises and technical service systems.

The annual International Conference on investment attraction to the automotive components industry - Autoinvest  will be timed to “Automechanika. St. Petersburg” and will take place in “Lenexpo” exhibition and congress center. The event is organized by the North-West Agency of development and investment attraction. 

AutoInvest is the largest Russian specialized event, which is a unique place for business meetings and investment negotiations, establishing of new joint enterprises and experience share in the field of automotive components manufacturing.
